Zeeg

What Zeeg is

Zeeg is a web-based online booking tool for managing appointment scheduling. It provides booking pages where people can book time, and supports two-way calendar sync to keep connected calendars updated in both directions. For teams handling different kinds of appointments, Zeeg includes group booking and round-robin scheduling, which can distribute bookings among team members. Automated reminders help keep appointments on track, and payment collection is available as part of the booking flow.

Zeeg is based in Berlin, Germany, and uses a freemium pricing model. Its Starter plan is free forever and includes two scheduling pages. Paid plans add capabilities in stages: Professional includes API and webhooks, CRM essentials, and workflows; Business adds round-robin scheduling, CRM integrations, and routing forms; Scale includes custom objects, SSO and SCIM, and priority support. The listed monthly prices are €12 for Professional, €20 for Business, and €40 for Scale, each excluding VAT. A 14-day trial is also offered. Enterprise has flexible invoicing and a dedicated account manager.

Who it suits

Zeeg suits individuals or teams that need web booking pages, calendar synchronization, reminders, and payment collection. Teams that need CRM tools, routing, or enterprise support can consider its higher plans.

Limits

The free Starter plan includes two scheduling pages. Paid plans are priced monthly, with VAT excluded from the listed Professional, Business, and Scale prices.

Getting started

Verdict
