What Xoyondo is

Xoyondo is a web service for coordinating meetings and events through polls where participants mark their availability. It also offers opinion polls, anonymous polls, and Sign Up sheets. Creating or taking part in polls and Sign Up sheets does not require an account, and participants do not need to provide personal information. Polls are private by default and can be accessed by people with the direct link; Xoyondo’s FAQ says there is currently no practical limit to the number of participants.

Sign Up sheets come in four types, including single-date RSVP. Organizers can cap participants per slot or limit how many slots each participant may select, then export results to Excel or CSV. Poll creators can import Google or Yahoo address books to invite participants; Xoyondo says it does not access those accounts’ passwords or retain the address books on its servers. Polls and message boards are deleted after two years without a vote, comment, or other modification. Xoyondo says poll links use a unique 15-digit random code, account passwords are encrypted, and data transmission uses HTTPS with SSL encryption. Its plans include Premium scheduling extras and Business branding and user-management features.

Who it suits

Xoyondo suits people coordinating availability or organizing group events who want participants to respond without creating accounts. Premium is aimed at individuals wanting extra scheduling features, while Business is described for companies and teams needing custom branding and central invoicing.

Limits

The Standard plan lists unlimited polls and participants. Polls and message boards are deleted after two years without a vote, comment, or other modification.

2. Create a meeting, opinion, or anonymous poll, or a Sign Up sheet.
3. Share the direct link with participants.
4. Import a Google or Yahoo address book if you want to invite participants by email.
5. Export Sign Up results to Excel or CSV if needed.

Verdict

Choose Xoyondo if you want a web-based way to gather availability or manage sign-ups without requiring accounts from participants. Consider Premium or Business if you need their listed extras, and note that plan prices are not provided here.
