What Whistlelink is

Whistlelink is a web-based whistleblowing service for organisations to receive reports and manage cases. Reporters can submit written or oral accounts, exchange messages anonymously with an organisation, and leave voice messages up to 10 minutes long. Case-management tools cover assignment, notifications, automated translation, AI-generated summaries, redaction and statistics. Organisations can customise their reporting site, branding, questionnaire, categories and case process. The product supports reporting in more than 50 languages and Single Sign-On with Microsoft accounts. Whistleblowing Solutions AB is ISO 27001 certified; the company says case data is encrypted in transit and at rest and that its EU-hosted servers keep whistleblower data within the European Economic Area. Subscriptions include onboarding resources and regular webinars, while custom onboarding packages are available on request. Phone hotline service and intake management are optional add-ons. Whistlelink describes its service as serving organisations of all sizes and lists industries including hospitality, pharma, logistics, manufacturing and legal services. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly at the beginning of the contract: €79 a month for 0–49 employees, €99 a month for 50–149, €149 a month for 150–249, €199 a month for 250–499, and €299 a month for 500–999 employees.
