Purpose: Tendor Workspace gives each tender pursuit its own room for documents, criteria, evidence, drafts, clarifications, owners, and decisions.
Parallel pursuits: Teams can operate multiple tender workspaces in parallel, with a status, owner, and next action for each pursuit.
Document handling: The workspace keeps RFP packs, addenda, evidence, drafts, and clarifications versioned, searchable, and tied to the relevant pursuit.
AI drafting: Its assistant reads the brief, criteria, and evidence library to help draft responses, with sources cited and human review required.
No automatic submission: Tendor does not submit responses automatically; reviewers check and approve the final response before it leaves Tendor.
Integration availability: The available integration list can vary by workspace and the permissions approved by the team.
Security and residency: Tendor says its primary infrastructure runs in the Sydney AWS region and data stays in Australia unless the team explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.
Encryption and access: Tendor states it uses TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, SAML and OIDC sign-on, per-workspace roles, and audit logs for evidence reads and response exports.
Tenant data: Tendor says workspaces are cryptographically isolated at the storage and inference layers and customer evidence is not used to train shared models.
Compliance roadmap: ISO 27001 certification is described as being pursued through FY27, with SOC 2 Type 2 to follow; the page explicitly says these are not current certifications.
API status and limits: The API is in private preview and provides read-only REST access and signed webhooks; the page lists a default limit of 60 requests per minute with a burst of 200.
Pricing: Pricing is scoped after discussing the team's tender flow, team setup, and rollout needs; the page does not list a price.
Intended users: Tendor describes the product for bid teams, including bid managers, estimators, directors, and business development or compliance teams.
