Task Coach

What Task Coach is
Task Coach is a free, open-source task manager for personal tasks, to-do lists, and composite work. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux under the GNU GPL version 3. Tasks support priorities, start and due dates, completion dates, reminders, and daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence. Subtasks form a hierarchy, and a parent task completes automatically after its last unfinished subtask is done. List and tree views can be sorted and filtered, including views that hide completed tasks or show items due today. Task Coach tracks time, supports budgets, and reports effort by day, week, month, or other periods. Files, email messages, and URLs can be attached to tasks, notes, and categories. Email can become a task by dragging messages from supported mail programs. XML .tsk files store data, while HTML, CSV, and iCalendar/ICS exports are available. Tasks and notes can synchronize through a Funambol server.
Who it suits
