Instead of Spike
Spike alternatives
Spike combines an AI inbox with calls, notes, tasks and to-dos, keeping email, collaboration and calendars in one hub. Its chat-like threads, message generation, conversation summaries and AI assistant suit people who want more than a conventional mail client. Teamspace adds channels, shared inboxes, collaborative documents, tasks, and audio and video meetings. It works across Android, iOS, macOS, web and Windows with many existing email providers, plus named calendar and cloud-storage connections.

Alternatives make sense when you need Linux support, offline access, custom-domain hosting, or a narrower email-focused tool. Spike’s free Email App allows one address, 60 days of search history, 1 GB of storage and 30 MB uploads; paid plans start at $4/user/mo (annual), with higher tiers changing address, storage and file limits. Compare account capacity, platforms, trials, calendar support and AI scope. Also decide whether you need Spike’s team workspace and broad hub, or prefer a free, desktop, hosted-domain or assistant-focused product.
