Silent Phone is a team communications service from Silent Circle, founded in 2011 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It provides end-to-end encrypted voice and video calls, messaging, and file transfers on Android, iOS, and the web. Users can make unlimited worldwide calls and messages between Silent Phone users. Messages support voice memos, documents, videos, images, and other files, with burn timers from one minute to 90 days. Conference calls are available, with audio mixed on the device. Silent Phone uses ZRTP, keeps private keys on the device, and provides Security Words to help identify man-in-the-middle attacks. Silent Circle says it does not track IP addresses or retain logs of calls and messages between users. Silent Manager gives administrators web-based control of users, groups, plans, and devices, including remote wipe and zero-touch deployment. SSO, SIEM, and MDM integrations are supported. Pricing is on request, and guest access and file sharing are available.
