What Quoter is

Quoter is quoting and proposal software designed for managed service providers. It supports building quotes, managing product catalogs, preparing contracts, accepting payments, and connecting quote-to-cash workflows. Branded templates, bundles, price configurations, multi-currency quoting, and Product Cloud—with more than 21 million SKUs—support quote creation. Clients can review, accept, and sign quotes and pay within the same experience; the software also tracks quote openings and can send automated reminders. Manager approval workflows, cost and margin tracking, reporting, and analytics help govern quotes. The product is designed for MSP sales, procurement, proposals, contracts, payments, PSA, CRM, and distributor workflows. Its integrations directory lists 36 integrations, including ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, HubSpot, Avalara, and Authorize.Net. ScalePad API and MCP access are included on all three plans. Online payments require a supported third-party processor, such as Stripe, Authorize.net, or PayPal. Plans include unlimited users and monthly quote limits; quote revisions remain available after a plan reaches its limit. Standard costs $299 a month billed monthly on a 12-month term, Pro costs $449 a month on the same term, and Enterprise costs $599 a month on that term.

Limits

Standard allows 75 quotes per month, Pro allows 150, and Enterprise allows 250. Quote limits reset monthly; revisions to existing quotes remain available after a plan reaches its quote limit.
