Quill Forms creates conversational forms that show one question at a time, for forms, surveys, and quizzes. It supports payment collection, file uploads, multiple embed options, and 41 native integrations. Its WordPress version runs on your own WordPress site; its hosted Studio option works without a WordPress installation. The WordPress free core plan includes unlimited forms and responses, while WordPress paid plans are based on the number of sites covered. Studio plans instead set monthly response caps: the free plan allows 50 responses per month, and paid plans raise that allowance.

Form logic can send respondents to questions based on their answers, while a calculator can produce quotes, scores, or totals. Save & Continue lets respondents pause and return later through a continuation link, including on another device.
