What ProductionPro is

ProductionPro brings scripts, production documents, and related media into one creative hub for film, television, and theatre. Its cloud-based Production Binder keeps documents together, with offline access, annotations, and automatic note transfer. Interactive script breakdowns connect scenes and characters to script pages and associated media. In the Media Hub, teams can link design images, music recordings, and choreography videos to the relevant scenes and characters.

The theatre offering provides digital MTI scripts and piano vocal scores for sharing with cast and crew. It is an add-on for Music Theatre International titles and is ordered through MTI. Film and television teams can use secure offline scripts; ProductionPro says scripts are cleared automatically when access expires. The Studios offering integrates with a studio identity provider to manage access and roles. Advanced Productions can add DRM for audio and video and burned-in watermarks for scripts and uploaded media. ProductionPro is available on the web and as a native iPad app. New iPad app updates require iOS 16 or higher as of June 15, 2026. 1. Open the ProductionPro website or use the web app on an internet-connected device.
