What Invofolio is

Invofolio is a web workspace for managing the invoicing process, from quotations and client records to payments and receivables. Users can create PDF invoices, then turn an accepted quotation into an invoice while carrying over the client, project, and line-item details. It has 12 invoice and quotation templates, and changing a template preserves the document data. A dashboard groups receivables into overdue, near-due, and collected views and shows client concentration. Users can record payments, including partial payments on Early Pro, and add payment instructions to invoices. Public invoice links are available, with links generated only for invoices the user chooses to share. Early Pro also supports recurring schedules that create draft invoices weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or yearly; the drafts are not sent or charged automatically. The Free plan is billed forever at no cost, requires no card, and includes five invoices each month, two clients, and one project. Early Pro costs $5 a month at launch pricing. Invofolio is aimed at freelancers and small service businesses, rather than tax filing, payroll, bookkeeping, statutory accounting, or financial advice. It is web-only and does not yet collect online payments or connect to accounting software.

Limits

Verdict

Choose Invofolio if your service business needs a web workspace for quotations, invoices, client and project records, and receivables. The Free plan covers a small volume, while Early Pro removes those listed limits and adds recurring schedules and payment records. Look elsewhere if you need accounting integrations, online payment collection, or tax and bookkeeping functions.
