What Instagantt is
Instagantt is browser-based Gantt chart software for project planning and team collaboration; it requires no installation. Its Gantt view supports drag-and-drop scheduling, task dependencies, milestones, progress tracking, and critical path highlighting. Users can also switch to table, Kanban, workload, and dashboard views, share public read-only snapshots, and export charts as PDFs, images, or spreadsheets. The Asana version syncs tasks, subtasks, assignees, dates, and supported custom fields, while a standalone edition works without an Asana account. For standalone paid plans, the AI Assistant can generate project plans from a description. The free Asana plan covers up to three projects and one user. Individual costs $10 per month, billed $120/year; Teams costs $20 per month, billed $240/year. The company states that it uses GDPR-compliant data handling and encryption in transit and at rest, and offers a Data Processing Agreement on request. Live chat is available weekdays, and email response targets vary by plan.
