What GRAND is

GRAND Sales & Events is web software for managing event-venue enquiries, proposals, calendars, function sheets, and invoicing, including standalone venues without hotel rooms. Its AI Inbox can prepare proposals from enquiries and follow up with prospects. Customers view proposals as web pages, accept upsells, and sign online; venue staff can see views and signatures live. The Group Portal collects guests’ dietary restrictions and other details and adds them to the booking and function sheet. An online booking engine sells meeting rooms and delegate packages from a venue’s website using live availability and online payment. It handles standard meetings and small groups; larger or more complex requests are directed to the sales team as enquiries. GRAND says integrations, including open API access, channel connections, and accounting exports, are included in every plan without connection or per-integration fees. Daily journals can be imported by e-conomic, Dinero, and Microsoft Business Central. GRAND states that data is hosted in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based permissions. GDPR and EU hosting are listed as in place; SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 and ISO 27001 are in progress, expected by the end of 2026. Pricing is available on request.
