FromUsers is a user research platform for surveys, usability tests, and in-product feedback studies. Researchers can build studies visually with branching, advanced logic, randomization, random assignment, and variables, without coding. Unmoderated tests can cover prototypes or live products using tasks, screen recordings, spoken feedback, and structured follow-ups. Survey features include multilingual setup, MaxDiff, and Conjoint. Participants can be invited by study link or email, and Prolific is listed as a recruitment integration. Mobile participants can join through the FromUsers app; on-screen interactions and, when enabled with consent, face-camera footage can be recorded.
