Flekki
What Flekki is
Flekki is a free, open-source drag-and-drop editor for creating responsive HTML email templates. In the web editor, users can start with a blank canvas or customize a pre-built template, then add text, images, buttons, dividers, and columns. Elements can be moved and sections rearranged while changes appear in real time. The site says emails adapt to different screen sizes, and users can export responsive HTML for email clients including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Headers, footers, and other content blocks can be saved as reusable segments for other templates. No account or credit card is required, and work is saved locally in the browser. Flekki describes its core editor as free with no usage limits or hidden fees. Its maker says users can inspect the code, suggest features, or self-host an instance. The exported HTML is described as ready for any email platform, so the editor focuses on designing and exporting templates rather than requiring a particular email service.
