What Evenpay is

Evenpay is a web compensation platform for HR and compensation teams building pay structures, running review cycles and handling EU pay transparency requirements. Teams can create or import job families and levels, define pay bands, and find employees whose pay falls outside those bands. During compensation reviews, managers can suggest raises within configured budget and band limits while finance follows cycle spending. Employees can submit pay information requests through a branded portal, and Evenpay generates pay gap reports from live data. The company says the platform covers requirements in all 27 EU countries. Teams can bring in CSV files or connect HRIS, payroll and ATS systems; listed integrations include Mepco, Netvisor, HiBob, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Personio, SD Worx, Leapsome and Hailey HR. Evenpay Copilot answers compensation questions in plain language, but is an early-access feature that an administrator must enable. Evenpay Core costs €4,900 a year. A separate SSO add-on costs €189 a month. The company is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and was founded in 2025.
