It combines enrollment management, family communication, attendance and check-in, billing and payments, and lesson planning in one service. The Basic plan supports 200 active students, while Advanced allows unlimited students. CloudBB is a paid product with no free plan, but it offers a 30-day trial. Basic costs 800.00 USD per year, billed annually, and Advanced costs 4000.00 USD per year, also billed annually. The browser-based platform gives programs one place to manage enrollment records, communicate with families, record attendance, collect payments, and organize lessons. CloudBB was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Pleasanton, California, USA. Organizations can choose between the stated student ceiling on Basic and the unlimited-student allowance on Advanced. The service is available through the web, with no separate Android, iOS, desktop, or API platform listed in these facts.
