What ByDesign is
ByDesign is a digital planner for tasks, goals, habits, routines, calendars, and optional AI assistance. Its year canvas connects five-year goals with months, weeks, and days, including goals, notes, and milestones. A goal or course can become a step-by-step plan with tasks, habits, and deadlines, then be scheduled around existing commitments. The assistant accepts voice or text and can use calendar, goals, habits, and notes as context when scheduling or adjusting plans. AI is optional, voice features are off by default, and core planning works without AI. Calendar sync is listed for Google, Apple, and Outlook, with real-time task and event syncing described. Paid plans include tasks, habits, pages, Kanban, Pomodoro, AI goal plans, AI scheduling, and a planning canvas. ByDesign runs on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. It offers a 7-day trial but no free plan. The maker is based in Boston.
