What BIP is

BIP is an email and WhatsApp campaign platform that charges by message sent rather than by stored contact. Campaigns can run once, on a schedule, or from an app trigger, and each campaign uses either email or WhatsApp. Contact storage is unlimited at no cost. The free plan costs nothing and includes 1,000 email sends monthly, 11 segmentation criteria, imports, API access, webhooks, and unlimited contacts. Contacts can be imported from CSV or XLSX with field mapping and deduplication, then segmented using geographic and other criteria. The REST API can create or update leads, record events, trigger or cancel campaigns, and send events to up to three webhooks per dispatch. Paid plans provide larger send capacities; Pay per send is $1.95 a month and includes WhatsApp at Meta pass-through, recurring and API-triggered campaigns, volume discounts, and a custom sending domain. BIP says it uses encryption in transit, access controls, account isolation, and logging, and does not sell personal data. It offers web and API access.

Who it suits

BIP may suit teams that plan email or WhatsApp campaigns by send volume and want unlimited contact storage. The company describes its Custom plan as intended for high-volume and regulated teams.

Limits

The Free plan allows 1,000 sends per month and includes email campaigns. Growth covers 1,001–5,000 sends/month; Scale 5,001–10,000; Volume 10,001–50,000; High volume 50,001–100,000; and Enterprise send 100,001+ sends/month. A campaign selects only one channel, email or WhatsApp.
