Attendae is web-based attendance management for educational institutions and event organizers, including courses, workshops, congresses, and academic events. Organizers can select a personal token, open self-registration, or administrator scanning for each session. Session QR codes rotate automatically on a configurable schedule of 30 to 300 seconds. Geolocation checks can confirm whether attendees are at the venue, and check-ins saved offline sync when connectivity returns.

Participant lists can be uploaded as XLSX or CSV files, or organizers can allow open registration; participants receive personal tokens by email. Reports show attendance by session, participant percentages, eligibility, and check-in locations, with XLSX and PDF exports. Certificates carry a unique folio and QR code that can be checked through a public portal without an account. Attendae lists a free plan.
