Fortnite Droid Tycoon currently has 17 named Droid Fusion recipes reported by three 2026 game guides. The combinations below are community-reported rather than an official, live recipe registry, so place the three droids on your machine and wait for the “Fusion Ready” message before paying the displayed Credit fee. Recipe availability and labels may change after game updates.
How Droid Fusion works
Fusion is reported to unlock at Rebirth 3. After reaching that milestone, Destructoid says you can build a Droid Fusion station at your base for 400,000 Credits. Put the three required droids on the machine’s pedestals. The interface displays the fee and confirms whether the combination is valid. Start the process only when it says “Fusion Ready”; the guides report that the fee varies with input quality and can become substantially higher for better-quality droids.

Using a recipe at the Fusion station
- Reach Rebirth 3. Fusion is reported to become available at this progression point.
- Build the station. The reported construction price is 400,000 Credits.
- Collect the exact trio. Names and abbreviations must match what the machine recognizes; do not assume a similarly named droid is interchangeable.
- Place all three droids on the pedestals. Check the preview before committing.
- Confirm “Fusion Ready.” If the message does not appear, remove and reseat the inputs and verify each name and quality.
- Review the displayed Credit fee. Input quality affects the cost, so the fee shown for another player’s combination may not match yours.
- Start Fusion and verify the result. If the output, rarity or role differs from the guide listing, record the live in-game result before trying the recipe again.
Important naming and classification caveats
ORB-XL ingredient spelling
Destructoid lists the first ingredient for ORB-XL as Groundrunner, while GAMES.GG and AllThingsHow use Gunrunner. This article uses Gunrunner because two of the three guides agree, but check the machine’s exact label if one spelling fails.

LOW-MO’s role
The recipe tables classify LOW-MO as an Astromech, but community discussion questions that classification. Treat the trio as the useful information and avoid relying on the role label for planning until the live game confirms it.
Recipe status after updates
The 17-count and combinations were published in August and September 2026 guides. Those sources broadly agree, but none is an authoritative, continuously updated registry. The most recent game updates may have changed a requirement, output or classification. The station’s “Fusion Ready” state is therefore the practical validation check.

Which recipe should you craft first?
There is no consistently verified ranking that makes one recipe universally best. Choose based on the droids you already own, their quality, the station’s displayed fee and whether you need a Worker, Battle or Astromech output. Because the lowest-quality input governs the reported output quality, upgrading or replacing the weakest member of a trio can matter more than simply using two high-quality droids.
