Spoilers: This guide lists late-game codes and puzzle solutions. Match each value to the exact lock: some entries open doors, while others are for safes, lockers, a box, a database, or a date dial. The solutions below are reported by independent guides rather than an official KONAMI code sheet; if one fails, check the location and reread its in-game clue.
All Silent Hill: Townfall codes by location
Follow the locations in story order. The clue or prerequisite column tells you where the answer comes from or what you need before entering it. In particular, the number 956 appears at two different locations, so do not enter a value based on digits alone. The location guide was updated October 3, 2026 and says its listed values were matched against two independent walkthroughs: Silent Hill: Townfall Codes: Every Door, Safe and Locker.

How the barcode and CEG code chains work
Clara Woods safes and employee lockers
The safes in Clara Woods provide barcodes rather than a direct sequence of locker PINs. Scan each barcode at CEG Employee Lockers to reveal its corresponding locker code: South Brae gives Locker 17’s PIN, North Brae gives Locker 204’s, and Upper Brae gives Locker 94’s. The CEG Lockers barcode on the counter provides Locker 75’s PIN.
CEG HQ security and Finance
Richard’s Box 36 is a document-and-location puzzle, not a keypad code for a door. Its contents lead to the Employee File Cover Notice and database ID. The database step requires powering the printer, generating an Access Card, and picking it up before taking the elevator; that card is also required for the third-floor Finance door.

Other unlocks that are not door codes
Medical center X-ray settings
The X-ray task uses imaging settings rather than a numeric keypad code. The puzzle guide reports these targets:
- Skull: select Skull, set 3 kV, 7 mA, and 1 second.
- Chest: select Chest, set 7 kV, 3 mA, and 1.2 seconds.
Align the camera until the screen confirms the target before scanning. These settings and confirmation step are described in the Townfall puzzle solutions guide.

Patient treatment and routing puzzles
The six-part puzzle guide also covers vitals, treatment rates, blood-bag placement, valves, and an Ordell transfusion-door routing puzzle. These are puzzle states and assignments, not keypad entries, so a list of numeric codes will not solve them by itself.

Part 6 auxiliary lines
- Open the command-center locker with 0825 and take the auxiliary-room key.
- Enter the auxiliary room, retrieve the floppy disk, and use it at the terminal to obtain the line diagram.
- Use the diagram to set the selected levers beside the one-, two-, or three-line pipe markings to horizontal or vertical. Read the one-line and two-line banks right-to-left, and the three-line bank left-to-right.
PC Gamer’s September 25, 2026 walkthrough independently reports the locker code and describes this key, floppy disk, terminal, and lever sequence: How to open the auxiliary lines in Part 6.

What to do if a code does not work
- Confirm the exact lock. Nearby keypads can make a correct number seem wrong, and 956 is used at both Zoe’s organ transport box and the South Brae black box.
- Check the lock type and format. The hotel entry is a date dial; the organ box has separate left and right numbers; the database entry includes leading zeroes.
- Check for a prerequisite. Barcodes must be scanned to reveal locker PINs, and the Finance door requires the Access Card.
- Reread the relevant in-game note. The puzzle guide was updated September 26, 2026, notes that KONAMI has not published an official code sheet, and recommends checking clues if a value fails. The game was released September 24, 2026; KONAMI lists PlayStation 5, Steam, and Epic Games on its official product page.
