The guides identify Floyd, Gunger Hahn, and Max Mustermann as exceptions: they accept any offered drink.
Which drink does each customer want?
The following matches are reported by two third-party walkthroughs, which agree on all 12 orders. They are not confirmed by an official answer key.

The matches appear in SteamAH’s walkthrough and a separate Portuguese-language guide, which reproduces the same list. Treat them as guide-reported choices rather than a first-party-confirmed solution.

What happens if you serve the wrong drink?
The guides say a rejected drink causes a small loss of standing with that customer and is crossed off their available choices, so you can try another. They do not give a numeric standing loss or establish any lasting relationship effect. They also do not report a quest-failure state for choosing incorrectly.

For Floyd, Gunger Hahn, and Max Mustermann, the guides say there is no wrong answer among the drinks offered. The sources do not establish that choosing a customer’s listed match grants a special buff or unique relationship gain.
How The Coffee Run deliveries proceed
According to the walkthrough, Bou waits at Cafe Poccocup on Friday. Accept the job, deliver orders in groups of four, then return to the cafe and speak with Bou to receive the next group. This sequence is reported by a guide, not confirmed by an official quest source.

Quest reward: Spiced Shroom Coffee
The Nivalis Nights Companion lists Spiced Shroom Coffee as a player-made drink recipe reward from The Coffee Run. It requires a blender and these ingredients:
- Milk
- Coffee beans
- Straw mushrooms
- Cinnamon
- Ginger
The Companion lists 250 calories, rarity 100, ingredient cost 8.67, and a level-one price cap of 24.00, rising to 48.00 at the top venue level. Its level-one profit figure is 15.33, calculated as the price cap minus ingredient cost; it excludes staff, rent, and spoilage. These are community game-data figures, not real-world nutrition facts or guaranteed earnings. The same source estimates its strongest customer-satisfaction fits at Skyhigh Gardens and Calypso Island (98 each), and Central Canyon (94); it cautions that satisfaction is not a sales forecast.

Quest orders are separate from restaurant menu effects
The Companion describes a game-code-derived menu system in which customer satisfaction factors in value, ingredient rarity, price fit, and local-favorite ingredient tags. Its account says customers choose among in-stock dishes and drinks within 30 points of the top-ranked item for their group, and have an 80% chance of adding a drink after selecting a meal. Those figures describe restaurant ordering, not the drink choices or odds in The Coffee Run.
Do not confuse either the quest orders or Spiced Shroom Coffee with VegCoffee. A community cooking wiki describes VegCoffee as a named drink from preview material, but says ingredient, price, and unlock details have not been published for every previewed dish.
