As an Asmodian, reach Immortal Isle by completing “Forgotten Commander,” then accepting “Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology” from Nivena at Sanctum Outpost Cliff in Altgard. The quest directs you to take Altgard’s Windstream to the island. The game uses “Immortal Isle” in the quest name and “Immortal Island” in a patch note; the directions below follow the quest wording.
How to reach Immortal Isle as an Asmodian
- Complete “Forgotten Commander.” It is listed as a prerequisite for “Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology.”
- Go to Nivena at Sanctum Outpost Cliff in Altgard. Speak to her and accept “Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology.” The quest recommends level 45.
- Use the Altgard Windstream. Ride it to Immortal Isle; the quest story describes the Windstream as the only way to reach the island.
- Continue the quest on the island. Its next objective is to arrive at Immortal Isle, followed later by collecting an Immortal Isle Drana Mutant specimen.
The quest listing does not give a precise Windstream launch coordinate or map marker, so these directions establish the route and its starting region, not an exact point to navigate to.

Check your faction before following the route
“Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology” is the Asmodian quest. The listing points Elyos players to a separate quest, “Eternal Isle’s Distinct Ecology”; it does not provide the equivalent Elyos travel directions. Do not assume the Asmodian quest giver or route applies to Elyos.
What the Kisk update changes
Update notes dated February 25, 2026 say Kisk placement became possible in previously blocked territory areas, including [Asmodian] Immortal Island. That is a placement convenience once you are there, not an alternative way to travel to the island. The note reflects the game state on that date; territory rules can change in later updates.
