These steps reflect the vendors’ published instructions rather than independent testing.
Before you start
This setup applies specifically to Barn2 WooCommerce Product Table; it does not establish compatibility with every WooCommerce table plugin. Install and activate WooCommerce, SaveTo Wishlist, and Barn2 WooCommerce Product Table. SaveTo Wishlist’s product-table integration is listed from version 1.1.0 onward. You can check the plugin’s current release information on the WordPress.org plugin directory.

Add the wishlist button to the table

Add a product table to the page using the Product Table block or shortcode.

Make sure the table includes its product-name column. SaveTo Wishlist inserts the button in that column; it does not add a separate wishlist column.

In the WordPress dashboard, go to SaveTo Wishlist → Settings → Button Placement & Styles. Under Shop Page, choose a visible Button Placement setting instead of Don’t show.

Set Barn2 Product Table Position to Above product name or Below product name. This table-specific option appears after SaveTo Wishlist detects the table plugin; the documented default is below the product name.

Adjust the button’s appearance in the Shop Page settings. To choose what happens after a shopper clicks it, go to SaveTo Wishlist → Settings → General and select Redirect, Popup, or Fade.

Barn2 documents that the button is inserted through the table’s product-name output and remains available when shoppers search or sort the table, including on lazy-loaded rows. That is documented behavior, not a performance guarantee for every store configuration. See Barn2’s SaveTo Wishlist and Product Table setup guide for its integration instructions.

Choose whether guests can save products
Logged-in customers save products to their account wishlist. If multiple wishlists are enabled, they can choose which list to use. A product already saved is shown in the configured selected state.
To let logged-out visitors use the button, enable guest wishlists. In SaveTo Wishlist’s Guest Options, switch Disable Guest Wishlist off. Guest users do not get the multiple-list selector. The table button follows the Shop Page visibility settings, so hiding it for the Shop Page also hides it in the table.

Check the setup and fix a missing button

Open the page with the product table and check that the product-name column is present.

Confirm WooCommerce, SaveTo Wishlist, and Barn2 WooCommerce Product Table are active.

In SaveTo Wishlist → Settings → Button Placement & Styles, confirm the Shop Page Button Placement is not set to Don’t show.

Check whether the Barn2 Product Table Position option is available. It appears after the wishlist plugin detects the table plugin.

Test the button while logged in. If guest wishlists should be available, also test while logged out and verify that Disable Guest Wishlist is switched off.

Keep this integration separate from other wishlist setups
WooCommerce’s Wishlists documentation describes a different implementation using product listings, blocks, and shortcodes; it does not describe this SaveTo Wishlist integration. Likewise, WooCommerce’s Product Table extension documentation covers a separate table product and does not establish that it works with SaveTo Wishlist.
Barn2’s overview, SaveTo Wishlist: How to add wishlist buttons to WooCommerce Product Table, also identifies the product-name column and the Shop Page placement setting as central to the setup.
