लाइव शुरू करने से पहले क्या चाहिए

• ऐसी स्थानीय वीडियो फ़ाइल जिस पर आपके पास प्रसारण के अधिकार हों और जिसमें उपयोग के लिए video तथा audio tracks मौजूद हों। अगर audio नहीं है, तो -c:a aac अपने आप audio track नहीं बना देगा।
• YouTube पर live streaming की पात्रता: channel verification पूरी होनी चाहिए और पिछले 90 दिनों में live-stream restriction नहीं लगी होनी चाहिए। लाइव स्ट्रीम करने की न्यूनतम उम्र 16 वर्ष है। YouTube: Get started with live streaming
• YouTube Studio का Live Control Room, encoder प्रकार का stream और उससे मिलने वाला stream key तथा streaming protocol। YouTube encoder को समर्थित streaming method बताता है। YouTube: Stream using an encoder
• लंबे प्रसारण के लिए चालू मशीन और FFmpeg process, स्थिर internet uplink, निगरानी और failure के बाद process दोबारा शुरू करने की व्यवस्था। Loop flag इनमें से कुछ भी उपलब्ध नहीं कराता।

FFmpeg से YouTube Live तक: चरण-दर-चरण

1. वीडियो और अधिकार जाँचें। वीडियो को स्थानीय मशीन पर रखें; audio/video tracks चलाकर देखें। वीडियो, संगीत और अन्य सामग्री के अधिकार अलग-अलग पक्के करें। YouTube पर copyright match लाइव प्रसारण को प्रतिबंधित कर सकता है। YouTube: Live stream restrictions
2. Live Control Room में encoder stream चुनें या बनाएँ। वहाँ दिखाया गया streaming method और stream key लें। Third-party encoder से horizontal और vertical stream साथ भेजने के लिए YouTube की सहायता सामग्री RTMP(S) workflow बताती है। YouTube: Stream using an encoder
3. URL और key को सुरक्षित रखें। ऊपर के उदाहरण में $YOUTUBE_RTMP_URL और $YOUTUBE_STREAM_KEY placeholders हैं; उन्हें अपने Live Control Room के मानों से सुरक्षित configuration के ज़रिये भरें। Stream key सार्वजनिक script, shell history, screenshot या साझा logs में न डालें। इसे उजागर हो जाने पर YouTube Studio में key बदलें।
4. Loop option को input के आगे रखें। -stream_loop -1 -i input.mp4 लिखें। यदि आपके पास कई inputs हैं, तो हर input के लिए लागू options को उसके -i से पहले रखें।
5. पहले सीमित अवधि का परीक्षण करें। संभव हो तो निजी या unlisted परीक्षण से शुरू करें। YouTube Studio में ingest और playback देखें; आवाज़, वीडियो, फ़ाइल के loop boundary और नेटवर्क स्थिरता जाँचें। उसके बाद ही तय करें कि यह setup लंबे प्रसारण के लिए उपयुक्त है या नहीं।
6. निरंतर संचालन की अलग व्यवस्था बनाएँ। मशीन, network और FFmpeg process चलते रहने चाहिए। Process बंद होने, बिजली या internet जाने और YouTube connection टूटने पर निगरानी तथा restart की व्यवस्था भी loop flag से अलग बनानी होगी।

बच्चों के लिए चैनल: YouTube की setting और पाबंदियाँ

अगर चैनल या live stream को “made for kids” चिह्नित किया गया है, तो YouTube Live chat, chat replay और Super Chat बंद करता है। Live-stream archive और आगामी streams के comments तथा reminder notifications भी बंद होते हैं। Live streams और Premieres में personalized ads बंद रहते हैं, हालांकि contextual ads दिख सकते हैं। YouTube: Set your channel or video’s audience

YouTube के अनुसार live content पर Community Guidelines लागू होती हैं। उल्लंघन का संकेत देने वाले stream को age-restrict या हटाया जा सकता है। Copyright match भी restriction का कारण हो सकता है। YouTube यह भी कहता है कि 16 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चे अगर वयस्क के प्रत्यक्ष साथ के बिना live stream में हों, तो stream हटाई जा सकती है या live chat बंद हो सकता है। YouTube: Live stream restrictions

आम दिक्कतें और जाँच

• वीडियो दोहरता नहीं: जाँचें कि -stream_loop -1 उसी input के -i से पहले है और input वही स्थानीय फ़ाइल है जिसे loop करना है।
• YouTube पर stream शुरू नहीं होती: Live Control Room में चुना गया protocol और stream key मिलाएँ। Channel की live-stream eligibility और YouTube Studio में दिखने वाली स्थिति भी जाँचें।
• आवाज़ नहीं आती: स्रोत फ़ाइल में audio track मौजूद है या नहीं देखें। -c:a aac केवल मौजूद audio को encode करता है; यह अनुपस्थित track नहीं बनाता।
• फिर से शुरू होने पर stream रुक जाती है: Loop flag केवल input दोहराता है। FFmpeg process, कंप्यूटर, internet या YouTube connection के रुकने पर अलग निगरानी और recovery चाहिए।
• Stream पर रोक या कार्रवाई होती है: सामग्री के अधिकार, copyright matches और Community Guidelines की स्थिति जाँचें। वीडियो को बार-बार चलाने से इन नियमों से छूट नहीं मिलती।
