Google Find Hub can help you locate compatible items beyond your phone, including tracker tags, earbuds, headphones and some luggage. Support is model-specific: a suitcase or pair of wireless earbuds does not work with Find Hub simply because it has Bluetooth. Check Google’s compatible-device list for the exact model and regional availability.
What Find Hub can track beyond a phone
Find Hub uses participating Android devices to help locate compatible belongings. Google says Android phones running Android 9 or later can participate in its network, but requirements can differ by feature; for example, Google’s instructions for sharing a compatible accessory specify Android 9 and later. Another device needs to be online to provide an updated location.

1. Tracker tags attached to keys or bags
A tracker tag is a small device you attach to something you might misplace, such as keys or a luggage handle. Google’s Pixel Tag is intended for keys, wallets and luggage, and its compatibility catalog also lists third-party tags from brands including Chipolo, Motorola, Pebblebee and UGREEN. Confirm that the specific tag model appears on Google’s current list and is available where you live.
Google says Pixel Tag has an IP67 water- and dust-resistance rating and battery life of up to one year. Those are Pixel Tag specifications, not guarantees for other tracker tags.

2. Card-shaped trackers for wallets
A slim, card-shaped tracker can fit a wallet more easily than a keyring-style tag. Google’s catalog names models including Chipolo CARD Point and Pebblebee Card. Check the exact model’s listing and local availability before buying; wallet trackers are not automatically compatible just because they are designed to fit a wallet.
3. Compatible earbuds
Some earbuds can be located as devices in their own right. Google’s list includes specific Pixel Buds and Sony models. This is model-specific support, not a feature to assume for all wireless earbuds. Look up the product name and model number in Google’s current compatible-device catalog.

4. Over-ear headphones
Google also lists selected over-ear headphones, including models from Sony and JBL. As with earbuds, check the exact model: a brand’s presence on the list does not mean every product from that manufacturer works with Find Hub.

5. Smart luggage with tracking built in
Some luggage has a compatible tracking system built in rather than relying on a tag you attach yourself. Google’s catalog lists July CaseSafe Carry On Luggage as an example. Verify that the specific suitcase and its tracking feature are supported in your market; ordinary luggage does not gain Find Hub tracking by default.

For a compatible item that is away from you, Google supports sharing an item-location link with others, including participating airlines, to help with luggage recovery. The link expires automatically after seven days, and you can stop sharing it sooner. Airline participation and coverage can vary, so check current details for your carrier.
How to choose a compatible item
- Match the form to the item: choose a keyring-style tag for keys or bags, a card for a wallet, supported audio gear if you want to locate the device itself, or luggage with embedded tracking.
- Verify the exact model: search Google’s compatible-device catalog rather than relying on a brand name or the phrase “Works with Android.”
- Check your market: Google says availability, features and specifications can vary by region and device.
- Compare product-specific details: battery life, water resistance and other specifications differ by product; do not assume one model’s features apply to the whole category.
Sharing and safety limits
You can share a compatible accessory or tracker tag with up to 10 loved ones. For items that are not nearby, location-link sharing can help another person—or a participating airline—see the item’s location. Updated location information depends on another device being online.

Use Find Hub only for your own property or with the owner’s permission. Google’s acceptable use policy says users may not use Find Hub to track people or property that does not belong to them, and prohibits placing a tag to obtain information about someone without that person’s knowledge and consent.
