Electrical safety: these are not insulated tools
Do not treat plastic or shaped handles as protection from electric shock. Klein’s product pages identify the 32611P, 32614, and 85484 as not insulated; the D307-5 1/2C page says its plastic-dipped handles are not intended for electrical shock protection. The cited material likewise identifies the alternate D209-5C electronics diagonal cutters as not insulated.
