Google documents the Antigravity features behind these three practical habits: turn a successful agent conversation into a reusable Workflow, isolate concurrent tasks with Projects and Git worktrees, and make review checkpoints part of the process. They are not undocumented hacks; they are documented capabilities that are easy to overlook across Antigravity’s different surfaces.
Antigravity agents can work across the editor, terminal, and browser, and communicate progress through tasks and artifacts. The available controls vary by surface and version, so consult the documentation for the IDE, Antigravity 2.0, or CLI you use. Google’s IDE overview and its developer blog introduction describe the platform’s agent-oriented approach.

How do I reuse an Antigravity task?
When a conversation produces a process you expect to repeat, capture the useful steps in a Workflow instead of relying on the same prompt and chat history each time. Workflows are Markdown-based task sequences that can be invoked with a slash command, stored globally or for a workspace, and composed by calling another Workflow. Google lists deployment and responding to PR comments as examples. The Workflows documentation also describes asking the agent to generate a Workflow after completing a task sequence.
- Complete and refine the task first. Work through the recurring process with the agent and correct unclear or unnecessary steps.
- Ask the agent to draft a Workflow from that sequence. Treat the result as a draft, not a verified automation.
- Review the Markdown instructions. Check that the sequence, assumptions, and scope match what you actually want repeated.
- Invoke it when needed. Use its slash-command name in the appropriate Antigravity surface, and keep workspace-specific procedures scoped to the workspace where they belong.
This works best for a process with stable steps and clear inputs. A Workflow makes a routine easier to repeat; it does not guarantee that the agent will interpret every future repository state correctly.

How do I run parallel Antigravity agents more safely?
For independent work, separate concurrent tasks rather than letting them all modify the same working folder. Antigravity 2.0 Projects support Git worktrees, which provide isolated folders for agents, as well as project-level settings and permissions. Projects can also include multiple folders. Google’s Antigravity 2.0 feature overview describes these project capabilities.
- Use separate worktrees for tasks that can proceed independently, such as one agent investigating a bug while another drafts a test or implements a distinct change.
- Choose project permissions in proportion to repository trust. Keep access restrictive for unfamiliar code; in a trusted project, grant only the capabilities the task needs.
- Bring the resulting changes back into your normal Git review process. Isolation does not remove the need to inspect changes, resolve conflicts, or decide which edits belong in the final branch.
Worktrees are most useful when tasks have limited overlap. If two agents need to change the same files or make decisions that depend on each other, assign clear ownership or sequence the work instead of assuming isolation will reconcile competing edits.

How do I review Antigravity agent changes?
Set review gates deliberately: generated artifacts, shell commands, and file access each have different controls. Google’s Settings documentation describes the available choices and their tradeoffs.
| Control | Review-oriented choice | Higher-autonomy choice |
|---|---|---|
| Generated artifacts | Ask for review before writing an artifact. | Agent decides or always proceed; always proceed increases the chance of overwriting code without review. |
| Terminal commands | Request Review prompts before execution, except for commands explicitly allowlisted. | Always Proceed allows commands without that approval checkpoint. |
| File access | By default, access is limited to project folders and local Antigravity app data; Strict mode enforces review and workspace boundaries. | Expanded access can reach beyond workspace files, increasing the scope of possible changes. |
Use the controls as checkpoints, not guarantees. Before approving a consequential command, consider what it will change and whether the task needs it. Review the agent’s plan or artifact before accepting generated changes, then inspect the Git diff before staging or committing.

Antigravity 2.0’s Git-native VCS review panel can show staged and unstaged changes, branch differences, and agent edits. Use it to examine what changed and in which state, rather than treating a completed task or a persuasive explanation as proof that the patch is correct. The feature overview describes the panel.
