Sigrid is an S-Rank Ice Attack Agent who deals damage on field by cycling Aerial Patrol Spear into repeated enhanced Basic Attack: Converging Spear attacks. For a practical starting build, use Knight’s Extolment, CRIT DMG / Ice DMG / ATK% on Drive Disc slots 4 / 5 / 6, and a Stunner plus a Support. The ideal Disc set is less settled: Dawn’s Bloom suits her Basic Attack focus, while Hormone Punk is a strong generalist option and Puffer Electro is tied to a Dialyn team route.

How Sigrid’s damage loop works
Sigrid is an on-field Ice damage dealer. Her core loop is to enter or refresh Aerial Patrol Spear, then use the enhanced Basic Attack: Converging Spear it enables. Unbridled Spear attacks—including EX Special, Assist Follow-Up, Chain Attack, Ultimate, Dodge Counter, and her fourth Basic hit—can enter or refresh the state and provide another Converging Spear use, according to Icy Veins’ Sigrid guide.
Converging Spear has three stages, with Stage 3 described by Icy Veins as its hardest hit. The state timer gets shorter as the attack advances through those stages: 8 seconds, then 7, then 6. In practice, keep the timer in view and avoid letting an enhanced attack expire unused. Sigrid’s Core Passive also grants CRIT Rate, so the attack sequence affects both her damage and her stat balance.

A flexible rotation, not a fixed script
Try to fit as many enhanced Basics as possible into an enemy’s stun window. A Prydwen sample sequence for a Norma team starts with enhanced Basic 3, then uses Chain Attacks, further enhanced Basics, EX Special, and Ultimate. The exact order depends on stun duration, whether the enemy can be frozen, and the team’s available follow-ups; treat the sequence as a template rather than a universal rotation. Best W-Engines for Sigrid
Knight’s Extolment is Sigrid’s signature W-Engine and the first choice in the reviewed build guides. Prydwen reports that its S1 provides 48% CRIT DMG as a main stat and up to 64% more from its effect, plus 20% Ice Resistance Ignore at full stacks. The effect requires Heavy Attacks; the guide recommends using an early EX Special to establish stacks and Basic Attacks to refresh them. These are guide-reported values, not independent calculations.

Alternatives
- The Brimstone: Prydwen’s leading non-limited option. It does not add CRIT Rate, and Sigrid’s frequent Basic Attacks help maintain its effect.
- Severed Innocence: A usable offensive stat stick, according to Prydwen.
- Starlight Engine: A craftable option, but Prydwen says it lags behind the stronger choices.

There is no single uncontested Drive Disc answer in the reviewed guides. Dawn’s Bloom is recommended by Icy Veins and ZZZBuild for Sigrid’s Basic Attack reliance, while Prydwen names Hormone Punk its better generalist set. Prydwen also recommends Puffer Electro when Sigrid is paired with Dialyn. No reviewed guide supplied a common controlled comparison across teams, so treat these as build paths rather than a universal ranking.

The Dawn’s Bloom main-stat and substat recommendations come from Icy Veins and ZZZBuild; the alternatives and slot 5 preference come from Prydwen. Icy Veins and ZZZBuild prioritize CRIT DMG > CRIT Rate > ATK% > PEN for substats.
Balance CRIT Rate against her Core Passive
Do not build CRIT Rate as if Sigrid had no in-kit bonus. The guides say her Core Passive can provide up to 66% CRIT Rate. Prydwen’s displayed target is 33.8% CRIT Rate before that passive, leaving room to favor CRIT DMG and other offensive stats. That figure is Prydwen’s build target, not a universal threshold for every equipment combination.

Best Sigrid teams
Build around one Stunner and one Support. The Stunner helps create a window for Sigrid’s enhanced attacks; Support choices can add buffs, PEN, Chain Attack utility, or other benefits. Prydwen lists Norma, Dialyn, and Lycaon among its leading Stunner choices, and Sunna, Rina, and Astra Yao as competitive Supports. Their relative value depends on team and rotation rather than a single fixed ranking.

When choosing between available Agents, prioritize reliable Daze, a stun window long enough for Sigrid’s burst, and buffs that remain active while she uses enhanced Basics. What to verify in-game
Sigrid’s exact current availability and equipment details should be confirmed in-game when they matter. A Windows Central report dated July 17, 2026 said she would become playable with Version 3.1, but that is secondary release context, not a current availability check: Windows Central’s report. No official HoYoverse character-kit page was identified among the reviewed sources, so consult in-game descriptions for current kit and item values.
