What has HoYoverse revealed about 3.3?
The October 5 announcement teases Phoenix descending from the sky, Severian appearing on Quietude Isle, Mr. Z, and “these two new Agents.” Those are promotional hints, not a complete character or banner reveal. The announcement does not give full Agent names or kits, the banner phases, or the complete Version 3.3 update schedule. Treat those specifics as unconfirmed until HoYoverse publishes them.
