The best Yumemizuki Mizuki build depends on whether your team can enable Stellar Swirl. For on-field Stellar Swirl damage, use 4-piece Gilded Dreams, an Elemental Mastery sands and goblet, and usually a CRIT circlet before C6. For conventional Swirl and team support, use 4-piece Viridescent Venerer with Elemental Mastery on all three main-stat pieces.
Choose the build for your team
Mizuki is a 5-star Anemo Catalyst character. Her Elemental Skill puts her into Dreamdrifter, where she deals damage while increasing nearby party members’ Swirl damage. Her Burst gathers nearby objects and enemies, then creates snacks that heal or deal Anemo damage depending on the active character’s HP. See HoYoverse’s Character Skill Showcase — “Embrace of Enchanting Dreams” Yumemizuki Mizuki for the official character showcase.

KeqingMains’ Version 7.0 guide recommends different stats and artifacts for Mizuki’s two main roles. The Stellar Swirl setup is an on-field damage build, but it requires a teammate who enables Stellar Swirl and off-field Cryo application. The guide names Odette and Cryo Traveler as enablers, and describes using both together as the strongest setup. Without that team condition, build around ordinary Swirl instead of expecting the same Stellar Swirl performance.

Best artifacts and main stats
On-field Stellar Swirl damage
For Mizuki’s personal damage in a Stellar Swirl team, KeqingMains recommends 4-piece Gilded Dreams. If you have comparable substats, 2-piece Elemental Mastery plus 2-piece Elemental Mastery performs nearly as well and is often easier to assemble.
Use Elemental Mastery on the sands and goblet. Before C6, the guide generally favors a CRIT circlet for this role. Prioritize CRIT and Elemental Mastery substats; treat Energy Recharge as a welcome bonus rather than a stat to actively pursue.
Conventional Swirl and team support
For ordinary Swirl outside Stellar Swirl, use Elemental Mastery on the sands, goblet and circlet. Regular Swirl cannot CRIT, so a CRIT circlet does not serve the same purpose as it does in the Stellar Swirl setup.

- Features Hatsune Miku in a unique punk-inspired costume
- Finely crafted costume textures and intricate detailing
- Large display size with impressive shelf presence
- Ideal for Vocaloid fans and anime figure collectors
- Vibrant color gradients throughout the hair and outfit
4-piece Viridescent Venerer is the default support set in this role because its resistance reduction can improve teammates’ damage. In a Stellar Swirl team, it can still be worthwhile if Cryo teammates such as Odette or Cryo Traveler contribute significant damage, but it is not the default choice for maximizing Mizuki’s own damage.

The Widsith
The Widsith is the guide’s best accessible general option. It is also an in-game weapon; the recommendation refers to equipping it in Genshin Impact, not purchasing a physical product.
Sacrificial Fragments
Sacrificial Fragments can help in a particular Faruzan setup by extending Mizuki’s field time. That situational use does not make it a universal upgrade over other weapons; weigh it against your team’s needs and available options.

Quick build comparison
| Choice | Stellar Swirl personal damage | Conventional Swirl and support |
|---|---|---|
| Main stats | Elemental Mastery / Elemental Mastery / usually CRIT before C6 | Elemental Mastery / Elemental Mastery / Elemental Mastery |
| Artifact set | 4-piece Gilded Dreams; 2-piece EM + 2-piece EM is a close, often easier-to-farm alternative | 4-piece Viridescent Venerer as the default support set |
| Weapon direction | Sunny Morning Sleep-In for personal damage; The Widsith as an accessible general option | Consider Elemental Mastery-oriented options in light of Mizuki’s support role and the team |
| Team requirement | A Stellar Swirl enabler and off-field Cryo application | A team built around ordinary Swirl, with damage dealers who benefit from resistance reduction |
How to choose between EM and CRIT
If you are building Mizuki for Stellar Swirl, use Elemental Mastery on the sands and goblet, then generally choose a CRIT circlet before C6. For conventional Swirl, choose triple Elemental Mastery instead: ordinary Swirl cannot CRIT, while the Stellar Swirl setup’s personal-damage priorities differ. The C6 qualification applies to the guide’s circlet recommendation; it does not turn the two team roles into the same build.
