如果无法登录 YouTube，先判断问题是出在 Google 账号、两步验证、YouTube 的重新验证要求，还是某台设备或应用。若所有设备都无法登录，应优先恢复 Google 账号；若只有一台设备出问题，再排查该设备上的 YouTube 应用。
1. 先确认无法登录的范围和提示
YouTube 登录使用 Google 账号。打开 YouTube 官方登录排查器，按实际情况选择：忘记密码或邮箱、知道用户名和密码但仍无法登录、需要验证码、页面不断跳转、自动进入了错误账号，或怀疑他人正在使用账号。

先比较不同设备上的结果：如果电脑、手机和电视等设备都无法登录，问题更可能涉及账号或验证；如果仅一台设备失败，则从该设备和应用开始排查。工作、学校或其他组织管理的 Google 账号可能由管理员控制，必要时联系组织管理员。

2. 忘记密码、用户名或邮箱：恢复 Google 账号
使用 Google 的账号恢复流程，尽可能准确地回答关于账号归属的问题。恢复信息若刚刚更改，Google 说明这些变更最多可能需要七天才生效；这不是每次恢复都要等待七天的保证或固定时限。

- Google 表示：“We don’t work with any service that claims to provide account or password support.”

3. 两步验证无法通过：尝试已设置的备用方式
可用的备用验证方式取决于你此前为该账号配置了什么。Google 的两步验证问题说明列出的可能选项包括：
- 已登录该账号的另一台手机，或备用电话号码。
- 事先保存的备用码。
- 已添加到账号的安全密钥，或另一台设备上已设置的通行密钥。
- 账号此前启用的其他验证选项。
新买的安全密钥不能追溯性地验证尚未注册该密钥的账号。如果当前没有可用的备用方式，请转到 Google 账号恢复流程。验证码可能受到登录环境、网络、地点或运营商等因素影响，短信不一定能及时送达。

4. 只有手机、电视或游戏主机无法登录：检查设备和应用
如果账号在其他设备上可以登录，按设备类型处理。YouTube 的设备登录故障排查说明建议对手机、智能电视、流媒体设备和游戏主机分别检查应用与设备状态。

手机或平板
- 重启设备，再尝试登录。
- 检查 YouTube 应用是否为最新版。
- 仍无法登录时，卸载并重新安装 YouTube 应用，然后再试。
智能电视、流媒体设备或游戏主机
- 重启设备。
- 检查 YouTube 应用是否有可用更新。
- 在设备设置中重置 YouTube 应用。重置可能会让已登录的用户退出。
- 如果使用游戏主机，确认该主机受 YouTube 支持。
如果仍无法在任何设备登录，按 Google 账号恢复流程处理，而不是只反复重装应用。YouTube Help 对这种情况的指导是：“If you can’t sign in to YouTube on any device, including your computer, follow the instructions to recover your Google Account.”

5. 收到重新验证或“Action blocked”：按提示验证账号
为保护特定功能，YouTube 有时会要求重新验证账号。根据账号此前设置的选项，验证方式可能包括已关联的安全密钥、设备提示、备用码，或此前添加的恢复手机号短信验证。查看屏幕提示并使用已有的验证方式；若都不可用，尝试 Google 账号恢复。
对某些特定的“Action blocked”提示，YouTube 给出的设备相关措施包括：在相关设备上保持登录至少七天，或添加恢复手机号并等待至少七天。这些是对应提示情形下的操作指导，不是适用于所有登录故障的解锁保证。

如果发现陌生活动或认为他人正在使用账号，先通过 Google 账号恢复流程找回并保护关联账号，再按 YouTube 的被盗 YouTube 频道恢复说明处理频道问题。符合条件的创作者可在恢复账号后联系 YouTube Creator Support。
