1. Create a parking listing

2. Check a driver’s arrival
When a driver arrives, the described process is to present a QR code for the owner to scan with their phone. The article says the phone then confirms the driver’s identity, vehicle number, and booked time. 3. Review booking and earnings displays

- When the product is working, the sensor emits ultrasonic waves. When encountering an obstacle, the ultrasonic waves are reflected. The sensor receives the reflected signal and transmits it to the control box. Through calculation, the control box obtains the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle, and reminds the driver to pay attention through the display and sound, etc., to avoid danger. It is a good helper for us to drive the car!

- Insurance and responsibility: Ask the property owner or insurer what coverage applies if a vehicle is damaged, stolen, or causes damage on the premises. The article does not describe insurance coverage or liability arrangements.
- Taxes and records: Check whether parking income needs to be reported where you live, and keep records of bookings and payments.
- Availability and payment terms: Verify which areas are served, how bookings are handled, how the platform fee is calculated, and when or how owners are paid.

Can an empty parking spot make money?
