What FaceTime on Samsung actually means
Samsung devices do not run the FaceTime app. Instead, Android users can join a FaceTime call in a browser after someone using an Apple device creates and shares a FaceTime link. Apple documents this browser-based method for Android and Windows users.

1. Get a FaceTime link from the host
Ask the person hosting the call to create a FaceTime link on an Apple device and send it to you. Apple says links can be created on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 15 or later, or on a Mac running macOS Monterey or later. The host can share the link with you and manage requests to join. Apple Support: Start or join a call from a FaceTime link

3. Enter your name and allow access
Enter the name you want displayed, then select Continue. If the browser asks, allow FaceTime to use your microphone and camera.

On the web, you can use the basic microphone and camera controls, including muting your microphone or turning off your camera.
