Battery and charging
On the official figures, the iQOO Z11x 5G has the clearer battery advantage: 7,200mAh against Xiaomi’s 5,520mAh. iQOO’s own product page puts it this way: “7200 mAh Large Battery & 44W FlashCharge.” That is manufacturer copy, so treat it as the company’s claim about capacity and charging, not as an independent measure of how long either phone lasts.

The two phones use different panel technologies. Xiaomi describes the Redmi Note 15 5G with an AMOLED panel and highlights a high-resolution 120Hz display. iQOO lists the Z11x 5G with a 6.76-inch LCD at 2344 × 1080. Official material consulted for this article did not state the Redmi’s screen size, resolution or brightness, and it did not give the iQOO’s refresh rate, so a full display comparison needs those figures from each product page.
As a general guide, AMOLED panels usually produce deeper blacks and higher contrast than LCD panels, while LCD panels are often easier to find at lower cost. Whether that difference matters depends on how you use the screen.

Xiaomi advertises the Redmi Note 15 5G with a 108MP high-resolution dual rear camera and says it records 4K video with optical image stabilisation (OIS). iQOO lists the Z11x 5G with a 50MP Sony IMX852 main camera, a 2MP bokeh camera and a 32MP front camera.

Processors and performance
The Redmi Note 15 5G uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, and the iQOO Z11x 5G uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo. The official pages name the chips but do not show how either one performs in apps, games or sustained use. No independent side-by-side benchmark for this pair was located in the sources used here, so do not assume one phone is faster from the chip names alone. If speed is a priority, compare benchmark results and sustained-performance tests taken on the same software and at similar temperatures.

On the figures above, the iQOO listing is ₹8,000 higher at 8GB + 128GB and ₹9,000 higher at 8GB + 256GB. Treat that gap as an indication only. The Redmi figures are launch-era prices reported in January 2026, the iQOO figures come from a store listing at a different point in time, and neither is a current Xiaomi quote. - Choose the iQOO Z11x 5G if battery capacity and 44W charging are your top priorities, and you prefer a 50MP main camera with a 32MP selfie camera to a 108MP headline figure.
- Choose the Redmi Note 15 5G if you want an AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh and 4K video with OIS, and if Xiaomi’s current price for your RAM and storage tier is lower than iQOO’s.
- Choose on price only after matching configurations. Compare the same RAM and storage tier, the same seller, and the price after offers, then decide.
