Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteIf your Honkai: Star Rail pulls seem to have vanished, first check whether you switched Warp categories. Pity carries between banners of the same category—Character Event Warp to Character Event Warp, or Light Cone Event Warp to Light Cone Event Warp—but the two counters are independent. A pull on one category does not add to the other’s guaranteed 5-star counter.
Which Warp banners share a pity counter?
HoYoverse’s Version 3.3 event notice says the cumulative count toward a guaranteed 5-star character carries between Character Event Warps, while the count toward a guaranteed 5-star Light Cone carries between Light Cone Event Warps. It also says each counter is independent of other Warp types. Read the Version 3.3 Event Warp notice.
