If Google Photos does not show a print-order option, first check whether the product is offered in your country: shipped photo prints are available in Canada, the UK, the US, and EU countries, while same-day store pickup is a US-only option. In the US, pickup listings also depend on location settings. These availability limits can explain a missing option without indicating an app fault.
Check whether your country and print product are eligible
Google lists shipped photo prints in Canada, the UK, the US, and EU countries. Same-day pickup from a participating store is a separate option available only in the US. Check the page for your country and the specific product before troubleshooting further: Google Photos photo-print availability and ordering.

Do not assume photo books or canvas prints follow the same country rules as standard photo prints. Google provides separate product information, including a US photo book page; check the relevant country-specific page for the product you want.

If US store pickup is missing, check location access
Google Photos uses location settings to find nearby participating pickup stores. Allow Photos to access your device’s location, then reopen the pickup flow and check the stores shown. Google lists CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart as US pickup partners, but does not say every partner will appear in every locality. Follow Google’s store-pickup troubleshooting steps if the option still does not appear.

Store pickup
For pickup status, delays, refunds, missing prints, cancellations, or incorrect orders, contact the retailer. Google says it sends an email after an order is placed and a push notification when it is ready; you can also call the store to check. In-store coupons and promo codes cannot be used for these prints. See Google’s pickup-order help.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Review the proof if the problem is with the finished print
For relevant orders, Google recommends checking the order PDF for the title, crop, missing or duplicate pages, page order, and low-resolution warnings. This check is especially useful for photo books; these PDF issues concern the finished layout and do not, by themselves, explain why the print-order option is missing. Details are in Google’s order support guidance.
