Download 360-L Flight for the Sharper Image DX-5 Camera Drone. Search that exact name in your phone’s app store; the DX-5 manual specifies it. The manual does not establish whether the app is currently listed or works with your phone, operating-system version, or region.
How to connect the DX-5 to the app

Search your phone’s app store for 360-L Flight and install it if it is available. The DX-5 manual says to download the “360-L Flight” application.

Power on the drone, then connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network emitted by the drone.

Open the app and use its connect-to-Wi-Fi flow. Select the stream function to view the camera feed. The manual also describes an album function for reviewing pictures and videos. DX-5 manual in the FCC filing

If 360-L Flight does not appear in your app store
The manual gives no current app-store link or supported-device list, so availability and compatibility on present-day phones are not established. Do not substitute an app intended for another Sharper Image drone unless it is specifically confirmed for the DX-5, and avoid unofficial downloads.
Replacing a damaged propeller
The manual says to remove the broken blade and match the number on the replacement propeller to the corresponding position on the drone. Check those markings and confirm DX-5 compatibility before purchasing; a currently compatible listing or stock has not been verified. DX-5 manual in the FCC filing
