Check Akko software before relying on customization
Akko’s Downloads Hub lists its web driver and Akko Hub software along with supported models. The page says Mac users should use Chrome for the web driver, and that Bluetooth customization and Audio Visualizer are not supported there. It also says Hall Effect boards need current firmware before using the web driver.
