If you bought DJI Care Refresh from a dealer, check the activation code or physical DJI Care card supplied with the purchase. Bind it through DJI’s official activation page. If you bought the plan from DJI Online Store, a separate code may not be involved: a plan bought with a new product is bound automatically, while a separately purchased plan is bound using the product’s serial number.
First, identify where you bought DJI Care Refresh
The activation route depends on the purchase channel. DJI distinguishes a plan bought with a new product, a plan bought separately through DJI Online Store, and a dealer-supplied activation code or card.

How to activate a dealer code or card
- Go to DJI’s official Care activation page.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the activation code and the requested product information. If you have a physical DJI Care card, remove its coating as applicable to reveal the code.
- Keep the code private. Enter it only on DJI’s official activation page; do not post it publicly or submit it to an unofficial site.
- After binding, check the plan’s status. DJI says binding information may take one natural day to appear.
Check eligibility before troubleshooting a code
DJI’s published first-purchase conditions include an unactivated product, an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours, or a handheld product activated within the last 30 days. These are DJI’s stated eligibility windows, not a guarantee that every product or purchase qualifies. If you are outside the applicable window, DJI’s support documentation describes video verification or contacting support; acceptance is not assured. Check the current DJI guidance for your product and region.

How to confirm DJI Care Refresh is bound
Use DJI Device Info Inquiry: enter the product’s serial number to view available device information, including activation time, warranty, and service-plan status. If signed in, you can also check your bound-device view. Allow one natural day after binding for the status to appear, as DJI’s purchase guide advises. If it still does not show, verify that you entered the correct product serial number and plan details, then contact DJI support with your purchase information.
