How to look for one on the Overlay Map

Explore nearby if you do not see a dummy marker. The cited patch-note passage does not confirm that every training dummy is shown as an individual map marker.

Some dummies can attack nearby players
The July 22, 2026 Korea patch-note translation says some dummies in towns and Legion bases were replaced with dummies that use attack skills. It also says those dummies use their skills only while players are near them. Keep that behavior in mind when approaching one; it applies to some dummies, not necessarily every training dummy.
Why you may see conflicting location claims
Available map references do not establish a specific dummy location. An AION 2 database lists Ishalgen as an Asmodian training region for levels 1–30, but its page does not identify a dummy there. A separate location guide covers many maps, while a Morheim map query for “Melee Training Scarecrow” does not show that marker; neither confirms where the patch-note training dummies are. The scarecrow’s name also does not establish that it is the same object.

The patch-note evidence is a third-party translation of Korea-specific notes. If you cannot find a dummy in a town or Legion base, check nearby areas on your current map; a precise location is not established by the cited information.
