Where to Find All 85 Documents and Clues in Silent Hill: Townfall

A spoiler-heavy, chapter-ordered checklist for all 85 Clues and Documents in Silent Hill: Townfall, including easy-to-miss area transitions and computer pickups.
Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

This spoiler-heavy checklist locates all 85 Clues and Documents in Silent Hill: Townfall, in story order. Clues reveal puzzle-related information; Documents add optional story details. Both count toward the in-game “Discoveries Found” statistic. According to PowerPyx’s September 21, 2026 guide, finding all of them unlocks the Observation and Thorough Inspection trophy or achievement, and Discoveries Found contributes to the main ending—but the guide does not say that this statistic alone determines the ending. PowerPyx’s itemized location guide is the source for the route below.

The checklist follows the guide’s six parts: Arrival, Zoe, The Patient, Clara Woods, Richard, and Simon. Some entries are grouped when they share a computer or pickup. Pay attention to labels such as “Different”: they distinguish revisited or altered spaces from earlier areas with similar names.

What the collection count means

PowerPyx describes Clues as providing specific puzzle-solution information and Documents as optional story information. Both feed the “Discoveries Found” statistic. The guide links that statistic to the main ending and says completing the full clue-and-document set unlocks Observation and Thorough Inspection, but does not establish a numeric threshold or claim that the statistic is the ending’s only factor.
