If Myco buffers on Ufone or Telenor mobile data, first check whether other apps also struggle on the same connection, then try Myco on Wi-Fi. Those comparisons help narrow down whether the trouble is more likely tied to cellular connectivity or Myco playback, but they do not prove the cause. Work through the checks below before changing packages or assuming there is an outage.
First, find out whether the problem is Myco or mobile data
- On the same mobile connection, open a basic webpage or try another video service. Keep Wi-Fi off so the phone does not silently switch connections.
- If you can, connect to Wi-Fi and try Myco again. Compare playback in roughly the same way, such as opening the same stream if it is available.
If several apps stall on Ufone or Telenor data but work on Wi-Fi, investigate the cellular connection, coverage, congestion, or remaining data. If other apps work but Myco buffers on both mobile data and Wi-Fi, app playback or a Myco-side issue becomes more plausible. If Myco works on Wi-Fi but not mobile data, focus first on the cellular connection. These are useful clues, not a definitive diagnosis.

Check signal, network indicator, and data balance
With Wi-Fi off, check the phone’s cellular indicator and whether it reports 4G or 3G. Try the stream again in a place with a stronger signal, such as outdoors or another nearby location. A weak or changing connection can interrupt playback.

Check your remaining data and the terms of your current bundle with your operator. Telenor says speeds can depend on the handset, URL being accessed, busy-hour load, provider, and location; it also warns that standard-rate charging may begin after a bundle is exhausted. Reset the mobile connection and retry
- Turn mobile data off, wait briefly, and turn it back on.
- If that does not help, turn airplane mode on for about 10 seconds, then turn it off and wait for the phone to reconnect.
- Restart the phone and test the stream again.
- If the signal is weak, move to another location and compare playback there.
These are general Android internet-connection checks, not Myco-specific fixes. Android menu names and controls can vary by handset. Google’s Android connection troubleshooting
If Myco alone keeps buffering
- Check the Google Play or Apple App Store listing for an available Myco update and install it.
- Close Myco fully, reopen it, and try again. If the problem persists, restart the phone.
- On Android, you can try clearing Myco’s cache in the phone’s app settings. The exact menu path varies by device; avoid choosing an option that clears app storage or data unless you understand what will be removed.
- If the issue continues, email Myco at [email protected]. Include your phone model, operating-system version, whether you were on Ufone or Telenor, your location and approximate time, whether Wi-Fi worked, and a screen recording if possible.
Myco’s developer response says streaming quality is often affected by internet speed and stability and recommends trying a stronger connection. Its Google Play listing also describes performance, load-time, and stability improvements; individual reviews do not establish a widespread or current problem. Do not assume Myco has a manual playback-quality control or a particular minimum Mbps requirement: the cited information establishes neither. If a quality selector is visibly available in your version of the app, lowering it may reduce data use and can sometimes make playback more stable; higher video quality generally uses more data and may buffer more often. When to contact Ufone or Telenor
Contact your carrier if multiple apps have trouble on its mobile data, especially after checking your balance and testing another location. Explain where and when the problem occurs, what network indicator the phone shows, and whether the same apps work on Wi-Fi. A single bad Myco stream does not by itself show that the carrier is at fault.

How much should national network comparisons matter?
nPerf’s Pakistan report measured mobile internet performance from January 1 through December 31, 2025. Its streaming-performance chart gives aggregate averages of 65.70% for Ufone and 53.74% for Telenor under the report’s methodology. These historical figures are not live results, neighborhood coverage predictions, or a guarantee for a particular match, phone, location, or hour; the report also shows differences between busy-hour and idle-time results.
