Identify the action that failed
“Upgrading” can mean either increasing the amulet’s + level or changing its quality. The item record describes enhancement up to +10 and a separate Substance Morph option after ten enhancements. Check the exact action and requirement displayed in your client rather than treating the two as interchangeable.

If enhancement is failing
- Open the current enhancement interface for the amulet. Check the item name, grade, enhancement level, and every requirement it displays.
- Verify the scroll. The item record names the Amulet Enhance Scroll as the matching material and lists Monolith Resonance as its acquisition route. Check the current Monolith reward display for the correct scroll; do not assume that a similarly named material will work.
- Read the message before trying again. Record the exact error and the materials shown by the interface. The available sources do not identify an official error-specific cause or remedy.
If Substance Morph is failing
- Check the enhancement count. The item record says Substance Morph becomes available after ten enhancements. Verify the count on the item and whether the current client recognizes it as eligible.
- Inspect the current recipe and result. Confirm the materials and resulting item shown in the Substance Morph interface. The record does not establish that every region or client version uses an identical recipe.
- Do not substitute enhancement scrolls for morph requirements. Enhancement and quality change are separate actions; use the requirements shown for the specific action you selected.
Check region, faction, and client version
Item routes and availability can differ by region and version. The Global-labeled record describes a Rare, level 13, bound Revelation Amulet and lists Awakened Hope or Buried Atrocities as reward routes. These are faction-specific routes, not necessarily two quests available to every character. Check your faction and the current client’s quest or reward details before relying on either route.

Do not use a separate Heroic Revelation Amulet entry to diagnose a Global-client problem: that entry is labeled Korea/Taiwan client v110 data dated 2026-09-09, and its source says the item was not in Global as of 2026-09-19. The shared item name does not establish shared requirements or availability.

Before contacting current in-game help or support, capture the details needed to distinguish an item mismatch from a client-specific issue:

- Client region and version.
- Amulet name, grade, and enhancement level.
- The exact action selected: enhancement or Substance Morph.
- The full on-screen error message, preferably in a screenshot.
- The materials and requirements shown in the relevant interface.
- Your faction, if the question concerns a quest or reward route.
The cited item and equipment references are fan-made, and no source here establishes an official error code, support procedure, or guaranteed recovery.
