Work through the causes in this order
A failed coupon attempt is easiest to diagnose when you eliminate the causes that cannot be fixed before troubleshooting the ones that can. Use this sequence:

- Confirm that the code came from an official event announcement and is still within its stated validity period.
- Check whether the code has already been redeemed on the account.
- Copy the intended account’s UID or member number from the game rather than typing it from memory.
- Redeem through the official Netmarble web page, or use the in-game route when your platform supports it.
- Check whether maintenance is temporarily disabling coupon redemption.
- If the code is accepted but the reward is not visible, check the mailbox and restart the game.
- Contact Netmarble support with the relevant details if the problem remains unresolved.
This order matters because support cannot normally turn an expired or previously redeemed coupon into a usable one, while a copied UID, a platform mismatch, or maintenance window can often be corrected by the player.
Check that the coupon is eligible
Use the original official event notice
Start with the event announcement that issued the coupon. Confirm the exact characters and the beginning and ending dates or times stated there. An old code list, social-media post, video description, or forum comment is not proof that a code is still active. Promotional codes can be limited to a particular event period, and the official coupon page rejects expired coupons.

Do not assume that a code is active merely because another player says it worked previously. Check the announcement published by Netmarble for that event and follow its eligibility wording. If the announcement’s validity period has ended, further attempts are unlikely to help.
Check whether it was used already
Netmarble’s coupon page explicitly states: “Previously redeemed coupons cannot be used again.” A global event notice also describes in-game coupons as usable only once per account. Re-entering the same code, trying it on another character, or switching devices does not create a second entitlement for the same account.
Keep a simple record of codes you have successfully submitted. This prevents repeated attempts when the message is actually reporting prior use. If someone else has access to the account and may have entered the code, ask them before treating the result as a new failure.

Understand what an invalid-code result does not prove
An error message alone does not establish that every code is case-sensitive, region-locked, or disabled for every player. The available official instructions do not make those universal claims. First verify the documented validity period and account status; only then investigate the route, service availability, and delivery.
Verify the UID or member number
Copy it from the game
Netmarble’s documented instructions identify the UID as the member number used with a coupon. In the game, open the lobby’s settings or account area and copy the UID shown on the Account tab. Menu names can differ by regional client and version, so look for the account-information screen rather than relying on an identical label from a screenshot.

- Launch Seven Knights Re:BIRTH and reach the main lobby.
- Open the game’s Settings or equivalent menu.
- Select the Account tab or account-information option.
- Copy the displayed UID/member number exactly.
- Compare it with the account you intend to receive the reward on before submitting the coupon.
Why the identifier matters
The coupon form uses the member identifier to decide where to send the reward. A valid coupon paired with a different account’s UID can be accepted for the wrong account, while a mistyped number can produce an error or prevent delivery. If you play on more than one account, write down a separate label for each UID before redeeming anything.
Do not substitute a nickname, guild name, character name, device identifier, or login email unless the form specifically requests it. The publisher’s instructions refer to the in-game UID/member number, so use that value in the member-code field.
Choose the correct redemption route
There are two publisher-documented paths: the official web coupon page and an in-game path described in Netmarble’s Korean instructions. They are not interchangeable on every platform.

Redeem on the official web page
- Open Netmarble’s official Seven Knights Re:BIRTH coupon page.
- Enter the UID/member number copied from the Account tab in the member-code field.
- Enter the coupon code exactly as issued in the official event notice.
- Submit the form and wait for the result instead of repeatedly clicking while it is processing.
- Record whether the page reports success, prior redemption, expiry, or another error.
The page’s instructions say that rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox. A successful submission therefore may not produce an immediate pop-up or inventory change.
Use the in-game route when available
Netmarble’s Korean how-to instructions describe entering a coupon from the game’s lobby, settings, and account-related menus. Because those instructions were published on May 15, 2025 and menu labels can change, treat them as the publisher’s documented route rather than a guarantee that every current regional client shows the same buttons. If you cannot find a coupon option, switch to the official web page instead of guessing at a hidden menu.

iOS players should not keep searching the in-game menus: Netmarble’s instructions explicitly say that coupons cannot be entered in-game on iOS. Use the web route with the correct UID.
Rule out maintenance or a temporary service outage
Netmarble forum results include an official maintenance notice stating that coupon codes cannot be redeemed during maintenance. If your attempt coincides with a scheduled maintenance window, the failure may be temporary rather than evidence that the code is invalid.
- Check the game’s official notices or forum for a maintenance announcement.
- Note the published start and end time, including the time zone if one is provided.
- Wait until maintenance has ended and the game service is reachable again.
- Reopen the official coupon page and submit the code once with the verified UID.
A maintenance-related failure should be treated differently from an explicit “expired” or “already redeemed” result. Waiting can resolve an unavailable service; it cannot extend a coupon’s validity period.
If the code succeeds but the reward is missing
Check the in-game mailbox
Netmarble says coupon rewards are delivered to the in-game mailbox and that delivery may be slightly delayed. Open the mailbox after a successful submission and look for a new message or attachment. Check all relevant tabs or categories if the mailbox separates system notices from other messages.
Restart the game
The official global event notice recommends restarting the game if the reward is not visible after entering the code. Close the game completely, relaunch it, sign in to the same account whose UID you submitted, and check the mailbox again. This refreshes the session that was open before the web redemption completed.

Confirm the account before assuming loss
If the mailbox is still empty, compare the UID used on the coupon form with the UID shown in the currently open account. A reward delivered to a different account will not appear on the account you are checking. Also verify that the page actually reported a successful redemption rather than merely accepting the form submission before returning an error.

“Expired” or an equivalent validity error
Compare the attempt with the event’s stated end date and time. Netmarble’s coupon page says, “Expired coupons cannot be used.” If the period has ended, stop retrying and look for a newer official event rather than relying on an unofficial replacement code.
“Already redeemed” or prior-use wording
This normally means the account has already consumed that coupon. Check your redemption record and whether another person using the account entered it. The one-use-per-account rule means changing devices or reinstalling the game will not reset the entitlement.
Wrong member code, UID, or account error
Return to the in-game Account tab and copy the identifier again. Remove accidental spaces, make sure every digit is present, and confirm that you are signed into the intended account. Do not replace the UID with a player name or another identifier.

If the message appears while official notices say coupon service is unavailable, wait until maintenance ends and retry once. If it continues afterward, save the exact wording and proceed to support rather than repeatedly submitting the same code.
When and how to contact Netmarble support
Use customer support when the code is within its documented validity period, has not been redeemed, the UID is correct, the proper route was used, and maintenance has ended, but the service still returns an unresolved error or the reward never arrives.
Include enough information for support to identify the transaction without exposing your password:
- The exact coupon code, copied precisely.
- The account UID/member number used for the submission.
- The date and approximate time of the attempt, with your time zone.
- Your platform, such as iOS or Android, and the regional game client if relevant.
- The full error text, not a paraphrase.
- A screenshot showing the result, with passwords, payment details, and unrelated personal information hidden.
- Whether you tried the web route or the in-game route and whether maintenance was active.
Netmarble’s instructions direct other coupon questions to customer support. These details let the team distinguish an account-identifier problem from a service outage or delivery delay.

The global event notice says Netmarble will not restore a code after it has been used and will not assist with an expired coupon. Support can investigate an apparent technical problem, but you should not assume it can reverse prior redemption, extend a deadline, or recreate a reward after an eligibility rule has been triggered.
For that reason, take a screenshot of a successful confirmation and check the mailbox soon afterward. If an error clearly identifies expiry or prior use, preserve the message for your records and wait for an eligible official promotion instead of repeatedly submitting it.
