DJI’s Canadian store listing observed in 2026 showed the base configuration at USD $769 and three Fly More or charging-combo configurations at USD $929, $1,039 and $1,109. These are prices displayed on that regional store page, not universal prices; currencies, configurations, availability and prices can differ elsewhere. RC-N3 or RC 2
The base configuration on DJI’s Canadian page lists the RC-N3, which pairs with a smartphone for live view and flight status. Other listed packages use either the RC-N3 or DJI RC 2. Standard or Plus battery
DJI’s UK product page lists a maximum flight time of 36 minutes with the Intelligent Flight Battery and 52 minutes with the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus. These are manufacturer maximums, not independent real-world endurance results. Match the camera specifications to your work
DJI advertises a 1-inch, 50 MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture, 4K/60fps HDR and 4K/120fps slow motion. These are manufacturer-listed specifications from its product page observed in 2026. Decide whether those modes fit the footage you need to deliver and the way you edit; the specifications alone do not establish low-light image quality or motion performance. Compare it with the Mini 4 Pro and Air 3S
DJI’s Canadian comparison material includes the Mini 4 Pro and Air 3S as alternatives. Its Mini 5 Pro versus Mini 4 Pro comparison lists 42 GB of internal storage for the Mini 5 Pro and 2 GB for the Mini 4 Pro, alongside differences in sensor size, maximum pixels, video modes, weight and advertised flight time. - Local price and the actual contents of the package.
- Sensor and recording modes that suit your footage and editing workflow.
- Internal storage and whether the listed capacity suits your needs.
- Listed weight and the classification relevant to your jurisdiction.
- Advertised flight time, battery type and included battery count.
- Controller setup, portability and the sensing features you will actually use.

Treat obstacle sensing as assistance, not a guarantee
DJI advertises Nightscape omnidirectional obstacle sensing. Its UK product description says: “It features a forward-facing LiDAR and multiple vision sensors for omnidirectional obstacle sensing, even at night.” That is DJI’s description, not an independent performance test; the product material cited here does not establish detection performance in every setting or all operating limits. Do not treat sensing as a substitute for supervision, a conservative route or following official guidance. If dependable obstacle avoidance is central to your use, check DJI’s current operating documentation for limitations relevant to your conditions before relying on it.

Before flying, check the relevant aviation authority’s requirements for registration, competency, airspace and location restrictions.
