The official AllTheMods project describes its repository as the official home and issue tracker for All The Mods 10 1.21.1. Its name is deliberately playful: the project itself says it does not literally contain every Minecraft mod.

The current CurseForge project listing describes ATM10 as a pack of around 500 mods with quests, exploration, magic and technology. That figure is release-sensitive rather than a permanent specification. The listing identifies release 8.2, dated September 22, 2026, as the main file and reports about 22.3 million total downloads at the time of that listing. Mods can be added, removed or updated, so always check the release number when comparing screenshots, recipes or guides.
ATM10 is not exclusively a tech pack or a magic pack. It is designed so that industrial automation, spell systems, exploration dimensions, storage networks, farming and boss progression can support one another. Quests and custom recipes help turn that large collection into a recognizable progression instead of leaving every mod as an isolated set of items.

Mekanism and industrial processing
Mekanism is one of ATM10’s major technology anchors. It supplies machines for processing ores, generating and moving energy, producing advanced materials, powering automated mining and building high-tier armor and jetpacks. A player can begin with basic machines and gradually expand into larger processing chains, making it useful both for early resource doubling and for late-game infrastructure.

Power and factory networks
Powah and Modern Industrialization add additional approaches to energy generation and machine progression, while Oritech broadens the industrial toolbox for the 1.21-era pack. Flux Networks is aimed at wireless energy transfer. Pipez, Pretty Pipes, Mekanism Pipes and Modular Routers move items, fluids or energy between machines. Create and Create Contraptions provide kinetic machinery, moving components and physical automation, so not every factory has to look like a conventional machine wall.
Tools for building and mining
Building Gadgets, Mining Gadgets, Silent Gear and Pocket Storage reduce the manual work involved in large projects. Just Dire Things is highlighted as a newer 1.21-era addition with especially capable tools and utility items. Wooden Jetpacks, Mekanism Jetpacks and Mekanism Free Runners provide different ways to move through a base or reach difficult terrain; an Angel Ring is another flight option in the pack.

Magic, spells and enchanting
Ars Nouveau
Ars Nouveau is more than a collection of pre-made spells. Its glyph system lets you assemble effects into custom spells for combat, movement and utility. The mod also includes automation, a Source energy mechanic, a Storage Lectern and Wilden bosses. That combination makes it relevant to both a magic-focused character and a player who wants magical automation alongside machines.
Spellbooks, rituals and alternate systems
Iron’s Spells ‘n Spellbooks adds a traditional spellbook approach, while Occultism focuses on rituals, summons and storage-related magic. Forbidden and Arcanus, Mahou Tsukai, Theurgy and Roots Classic each use different resource and progression ideas, so ATM10’s magic content is not one linear school. Apotheosis and Apothic Enchanting expand enchanting and equipment customization; EvilCraft, Relics, Artifacts and Enigmatic Legacy add unusual items and abilities that can change how you approach combat or exploration.

ATM10 supports two broad storage philosophies: networked digital storage and physical or portable storage.
Digital networks
Applied Energistics 2 is presented as an endgame-style network with autocrafting and remote terminals. It is suited to a base where thousands of items, fluids or crafting patterns need to be accessed from one interface. Refined Storage offers another networked approach, while Advanced AE extends the Applied Energistics-style toolset. These systems reduce the need to search individual chests, but they require infrastructure, power and carefully planned channels or connections.

Physical and portable storage
Sophisticated Storage and Functional Storage keep items in upgraded blocks, drawers or containers that remain visible in the world. Sophisticated Backpacks provide portable inventory and upgrades for players who travel or mine away from the main base. Pocket Storage covers compact access when carrying a full chest room is impractical. Ars Nouveau’s Storage Lectern links storage utility to its magic system. You can therefore begin with simple containers, move into drawers or backpacks, and adopt a digital network when your automation needs justify it.
Dimensions, biomes and exploration
Exploration is a major part of ATM10 rather than a side activity. Twilight Forest, Eternal Starlight, Deeper and Darker, The Undergarden and The Bumblezone add distinct dimensions with their own terrain, creatures, structures or progression. The pack also changes the overworld and other vanilla spaces through Terralith, Oh The Biomes We’ve Gone, Regions Unexplored and Nullscape.

YUNG’s Better End, Better Dungeons, Better Nether Fortresses and Better Ocean Monuments improve specific structures and regions, giving you more reasons to explore familiar dimensions. Nature’s Compass and Explorer’s Compass help locate biomes and structures, while JourneyMap, Waystones and related navigation tools make long-distance travel manageable. ATM10 also includes an AllTheModium mining dimension, which is tied to the pack’s custom resource progression.
Custom ores, bosses and endgame progression
AllTheModium is the pack’s signature content layer. It introduces the custom ores Allthemodium, Vibranium and Unobtainium, along with a Mining Dimension and additional late-game areas called The Other and The Beyond. These resources are not simply extra metals; they gate stronger equipment and help define the route toward the pack’s final objectives.

The headline endgame crafting goal is the ATM Star. Reaching it typically requires resources and components from several parts of the pack, which is why automation, storage, exploration and combat all matter. Mystical Agriculture provides crop-based resource production, allowing established bases to grow materials that would otherwise require repeated mining. Bosses and powerful mobs from the added dimensions and magic mods supply additional progression targets.
How quests and custom recipes connect the mods
ATM10 uses FTB Quests to provide an in-game progression line. Quests can introduce a mod, show an intended early objective or point toward materials needed later. FTB Teams supports shared play, while FTB Chunks provides chunk claiming and protection features for multiplayer bases.
KubeJS custom recipes are another important pack-specific layer. They can change how familiar items are crafted, make one mod’s component depend on another mod’s resource, or create recipes for ATM10-exclusive goals. This is why a recipe copied from a different version, a different All the Mods pack or a standalone mod guide may not work in your installation. Use the EMI recipe viewer and the quest book from your exact release as the authoritative in-game references.

The current listing identifies ATM10 as a Minecraft 1.21.1 pack running on NeoForge. That distinction matters: NeoForge is not interchangeable with Fabric or older Forge installations, and mods built for another Minecraft version may fail to load. The pack’s release number also matters because the roster, recipes and configuration can change without changing the broad ATM10 name.

Do not confuse ATM10 with ATM9, ATM10 Sky, ATM10 Lite, ATM10 Aeronautics or ATM11. Those are separate projects or editions with different mod lists and progression. When asking whether a particular mod is included, identify the exact pack edition and release first.
How to download and install ATM10
CurseForge is the distribution page identified for ATM10 and lists both the NeoForge file and a server pack. A launcher that supports CurseForge modpacks is the simplest installation route.
- Open your supported Minecraft modpack launcher and select the Minecraft browsing or modpacks section.
- Search for All the Mods 10 and verify that the project is for Minecraft 1.21.1 and uses NeoForge.
- Select the release you intend to play. If you want the current listing’s main file, that is release 8.2 dated September 22, 2026; older worlds should remain on the same release unless you have checked the update notes.
- Choose Install or Create Instance and let the launcher download the pack’s files and dependencies.
- Start the instance once, wait for NeoForge to finish loading, then open the quest book and recipe viewer to confirm that the installation is working.
- For a dedicated multiplayer server, use the server pack listed with the same release rather than mixing files from another version. Every player should use the identical ATM10 release and loader.

- Progression structure: Check whether quests, custom recipes, exclusive ores and a defined endgame connect the separate mods.
- Version stability: Compare the Minecraft version, NeoForge version and release frequency, since a rapidly changing pack can invalidate old recipes or guides.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the phrase “All the Mods” means every available Minecraft mod is present.
- Using a static online list without checking its ATM10 release number.
- Installing ATM9, ATM10 Sky, ATM10 Lite, ATM10 Aeronautics or ATM11 when you intended the standard ATM10 pack.
- Mixing a client and server from different releases.
- Following recipes from another pack or an older version without checking EMI and the current quest book.
- Expecting ATM10 to be only a technology pack or only a magic pack; its progression deliberately combines both.
