Card V15 is a recipe-focused web card from Colorlib, not a recipe database or a meal-kit service. Its layout pairs a round food photo with recipe details such as course, preparation time, difficulty, calories and diet tags. Colorlib says the 298 KB HTML-and-CSS download can run on its own or in Bootstrap projects; the page lists a CC BY 3.0 license, and Colorlib’s usage guidance says to retain the credit link.
What the Card V15 template contains
Card V15 is designed to present an individual dish at a glance. A circular plate image overlaps a tinted header band, followed by the recipe information. Colorlib’s listing describes these elements:

Colorlib describes the download as plain HTML and CSS, with no jQuery, Bootstrap files or plugins required. It also says the card can be used by itself or inside Bootstrap 4, 5 or 6 projects while keeping the same appearance. These are the publisher’s compatibility claims; independent testing is not established here. Review the downloaded files and test them in your own project before relying on a particular setup.

Author, release and license
Colorlib lists Aigars Silkalns as the author and September 2026 as the release month. The Card V15 page lists CC BY 3.0. Colorlib’s card roundup says its snippets may be used in personal and commercial projects under CC BY 3.0 as long as the credit link is retained.

Before publishing a site that uses the template, check the license information and terms supplied with the downloaded package, and preserve the required credit link. The roundup’s attribution guidance should not be read as permission to remove attribution.
When this template is a good fit
Use Card V15 when the page needs a compact, image-led presentation for a dish and the listed recipe fields fit your content. It is less suitable as a standalone solution if you need recipe storage, search, nutrition calculations or other data-driven features: the sources describe a card design, not those functions. You would need to supply and maintain the content and any additional functionality separately.
