What does the GOOLOO A9 Ultra do?
GOOLOO presents the A9 Ultra as an all-in-one roadside device for cars, trucks, RVs, and off-road vehicles. TWICE described it as a TOOLCORE product combining four jobs that might otherwise require separate equipment: a jump starter, tire inflator, power bank, and emergency light. TWICE’s October 1, 2026 launch report and the GOOLOO US product listing identify the device and its advertised features.

Jump-starting
TWICE reports a claimed peak current of up to 6,000A for 12V vehicles, including gasoline engines and diesel engines up to 12.0L. Those are manufacturer claims reported at launch, not independently verified compatibility or performance results. Check the vehicle and device instructions before attempting a jump-start.
Tire inflation
The built-in inflator is rated at a claimed maximum of 160 PSI and has preset modes and automatic shutoff, according to TWICE’s launch report. The sources do not provide independent inflation-time results, so the pressure rating alone does not establish how quickly it will inflate a particular tire.

USB-C power bank
GOOLOO’s reported battery capacity is 27,000mAh (99.9Wh), with 100W bidirectional USB-C charging—that is, the port is described as supporting power in both directions. TWICE also reports an approximately 1.5-hour recharge time as a product estimate. Real charging time and device compatibility depend on the charging setup; the launch report does not give independent measurements.
Emergency lighting
The integrated LED is rated at 400 lumens and includes an SOS mode, according to the launch report. This adds a light and signaling function to the roadside tool, but the reported lumen figure is a product claim, not an independent brightness test.

What is and is not established about safety
TWICE says GOOLOO’s SUPERSAFE technology is designed to guard against reverse polarity, short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating. That describes the intended protections; the available reporting does not independently verify how they perform.
GOOLOO’s FAQ gives general advice for its jump starters, including a stated operating and storage range of -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F) and a warning not to leave a unit in a hot vehicle for long periods. The FAQ does not establish that those details are specific to the A9 Ultra, so consult its model-specific instructions for handling and storage guidance. Price and evidence to weigh
TWICE reported a $199.99 launch price, and the official US storefront displayed $199.99 when accessed on October 3, 2026. Price, promotions, availability, and purchase terms can change; check the official listing for its current display. The sources establish the advertised feature set and listed price, but do not provide independent A9 Ultra testing or a complete comparison with other roadside devices.
For context, TWICE quoted professional off-road racing driver Ryan Beat, owner of Ryan Beat Motorsports, saying: “The GOOLOO A9 Ultra is one of those tools I always want with us at the track.” He described using it across vehicles during a race weekend. This is an attributed user endorsement in launch coverage, not a controlled test.

Before choosing an all-in-one unit, compare the details that affect your vehicle and use: voltage and claimed engine compatibility, inflator controls and rating, USB capacity and output, light modes, size and weight, included accessories, warranty, and current price. The launch sources do not establish all of those comparison points for the A9 Ultra.
